Review for Fairhaven Downs Apartments

I moved into a newly remolded apartment last year and it only looked that way for about a week, things started falling apart and the staff was horrible. I dont know how many times i got notices on my door for "lease violations" for things that wernt even mine. For items that I didnt even own. And Oh MY GOD let me tell you about that bitch of a manager they have there!!!!! For a week straght i was having prolems with my plumming and i didnt want to bother the maintenence guys because i could see they didnt know what they were doing. So finially after my next door neighbor pounding on my door any time i used my water because the pipes made a god awful noise, i called the office, had maintenence come out and fix it and then get a note on my door the next day stating that i had violated my lease by calling them.So I started fixing things myself and never called them again. And then i moved out. The place looked and smelt better than what it looked like when i moved it and they charge me over my deposit amount. So ya i'm not paying it! And i'm gonna tell them that too. Dont move in here. I was a good tenent. never complained, never bothersome, quiet and kept to myself, and even didnt say anything when others were being loud and unrully. DONT MOVE HERE ITS HELL!!
