Review for Fairhaven Downs Apartments

I honestly haven't lived in a place worse than this in the last 5 years. Bouncing from apartment to apartment while in the military is hard, but when you move in somewhere like this it just makes it even that much more difficult. The office staff is horribly rude, and really makes you want to lock your door when you're there, and not talk to anyone on the way out. they pay no heed to any complaint made, and the maintenance staff is more concerned with making sure the trees are trimmed... unevenly... than making sure your apartment is up and running appropriately. Our back patio door was broken into and the door handle and lock was busted off... and they did nothing. The lights in the kitchen needed immediate replacement upon the move in, and I fixed just about everything in that apartment once... if not several times. The water pressure and heaters are ancient and last about six minutes... so unless you like taking ten second showers, good luck living there. The Sheriff's Department uses the complex as a sub station, but don't let that lead you into some false sense of security, the noise level is insanely out of control there, and the police IN the complex do absolutely nothing about it. You'll regret moving in here, so save yourself the trouble, and just keep on going when you see the rental office.
