Review for Fairhaven Downs Apartments

I just moved here mid year and like it alot.

Parking was a major issue at first but the management kept their promise on the availability date so I now enjoy the spot near my aprtment.
Another downside here maybe in addition to reserving a monthly fee based parking spot, you also have to pay sewer and trash. If it means keeping up with the place then I guess theres nothing more to be said.
I have young children so safety was a major issue for me but that all went out the door when my children befriended others and got to know their whereabouts. Its even better that neighbors here keep to themselves yet are friendly enough to look out for suspicious activity and give heads up.
Maintainence and management deserves a big thumbs up for the work they put into the place. I like the fact of coming home and recognizing the same faces on the property and in the office it adds to my security of my surroundings. Work orders are met in a timely manner. The landscaping is great although in some areas you wanna steer clear off the grass due to its muddy like nature.

All in all, this is a very family oriented place if you don't like kids, young adults, and relaxed adults...skirt!
If you're looking for that place close to everything school, groceries, freeway etc. This is it!
