Fultons Landing/Crossing is one of the best well maintained landscaped apartment complex's in Everett, if visual serenity is what you are looking for, look no further especially the Landing Side of the complex. The property management Co. obviously pays their landscaper/lawn maintence contractor in a timely manner, as they are here every week doing a beautiful job. It is also a fairly quiet complex at least in the area we live. The staff is pretty helpful and friendly, although at times you can feel as though they are giving you double talk, and are left wondering if you really got an answer to your question. The apartments, newly remodeled, are very cute, but it is pretty superficial, as the work done and materials used to upgrade the apartments, are of poor workmanship and low quality products, but it is something you can live with, just be prepared to request work orders, every so often. There are much worse places to live. Now for the worst part. THE PARKING a continual nightmare unless you have a 9 to 5 job, then make sure you don't leave to run any errands, etc. or you won't get a place to park . It seems like every apartment has 4 vehicles or lots of company over all the time, I even tried to rent a covered parking space somewhat in the area of my apartment and am still on a waiting list. Tonight for example I got off work and got home at 2 a.m., Drove around both the Landing and crossing complex, and there was NOT ONE OPEN PARKING SPACE, I drove for 15 mins. twice around the Landing side hoping someone had left in the interim, no luck ,ended up parking out on 3rd Ave. and I live on the back side of the complex. Even all the office parking spots were full at 2 am. This is not a first time event, makes me wonder where all the tenets would park if all the apartments were rented. The parking is a CONSTANT NIGHTMARE. My daughter-in-laws car was stolen from the complex right in front of me, they advertise they have security, I work night and day shifts, and have lived here for 6 months, I have seen the "security" patrol the area 2 times. The mail box's were also broke into. I needed to call the security office afters hours one time and was on hold for 15 minutes, when they finally answered my call The parking violators were leaving and was told well there was nothing they could do about it once they left the grounds. Overall it is a quiet, visually pleasing place to live, but the other problems become regular aggravations which I don't see improving anytime soon, and the rent is becoming sarcastically laughable considering the Poor quality "ReModels". My advice to anyone looking to rent an apartment is " drive around and check out the parking situation at differant times of the day, to get a true picture of what it will be like before you sign a lease.
