I sadly signed a 8 month lease at this place. I came on here before i did so and read all the other reviews which were all bad but i ignored them because when i toured the place it was nice and the guy showing us the apartment was really helpful. I came in and gave my deposit and then i get a phone call later in the day saying "oh sorry we already gave that apartment away" So i had to wait a month for another one to become available. I am big on customer service and this place is lacking it big time. They are so nice until you sign the lease and they dont need you no more. I was told when i moved in everything would be fixed, not true! There are these two shelves that are completely warped, which i was told would get fixed asap. I have lived here over two months and still no shelves. There were so many other things wrong also. They did fix some of them, but it took them forever and they did a crappy job. To top it all off...you have to pay for parking other wise you will never find a spot. Who the heck has to pay for parking? Every apartment should be assigned one spot after all we are paying 800 bucks a month! I was told there would be plenty of parking...Yeah right! I can never find parking! So needless to say i cant wait till my lease is up!
