Review for Greens Of Merrill Creek Apartments

I have lived here for over a year now and let me tell you what a dump this place is. I am moving out now! thank GOD! The manager (AMBER) is such a fat b****. They never respond to problems on site. You will rot waiting for help here. ALWYAYS GET EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU IN WRITTING!! And don't let me start about her other fat assistant. She really needs a makeover! Hasn't she seen the AMBUSH Makeover show on TV? Anyway, honestly this place needs a new management team. They always said that I didnt pay my rent and deposit, I have all the receipts to prove them wrong. Every time I went in with proof and they said they were sorry!. They will waste your time, you have to teach them how to do their job right! There is dog S**T all over the lawn and sidewalks. The pool is always dirty and the hot tub keeps breaking. We have had head-on-collisions because of blind corners and kids playing all over the place. If you let them know that you know your rights as a tenant they will never like you again! Cops are constantly on the premises. People blast their music in the middle of the night and the insulation sucks so bad you can hear everyone humping and screaming all around you at night! Its like a big orgasm! People knock on your door at 3 AM! for crying out loud! If you have an issue and you go in the office 5 minutes before they close they will not listen to you. Its like you don't exist! Bottom line stay away from the FREE WILLIES! they will make your life and stay miserable! Just drive a little up the hill and rent there! You will get a better deal for the money! May the force be with you!!
