Review for Greens Of Merrill Creek Apartments

I am embarassed to have people visit us at this apartment. I can't say I have ever felt this bad about a place I have lived in. It LOOKS dirty all the time but the buildings look nice from far distance. The pool and hot tub can't be used often and the computer, yes only one, hardly ever working and no one helps you in with the machines. The gym is small and equipment is not good. They just make it look like there is a lot of things they offer but it is not good stuff.

There is a lot of different people coming and going like they get kicked out or just don't stay long. There have been a lot of apartments that have flooding, police calls because of bad people and parties late in the morning. My parking is always used by someone so we park far way from our building.

The Managers have changed too many times and they talk down to us no matter how nice we talk to them. They will twist the truth and make it so you have to prove they are not correct they can't be trusted and who is going to believe lowly tenants. Everything is cheap made cause of them putting minimum and wanting to make maximum money off of the government like we don't matter or have housing like other apartment places. Like we get charged like nicer apartments but we don't get all the amenities at all and we get small rooms, bad floors, rugs and cheap fixtures.

The dumpster is afilfthy pigstye with lots of garbage piled up because there is only one for the whole big place and not picked up enough tmnes so they don't have to pay for service. It is full of sticky slimey garbage all over the cement and bin most of the time. The stairways are hardly ever cleaned and people have old fruniture on the patios so it looks ghetto. Dogs poop on the grass, big dogs. Kids play in the drive area because they don't have anyplace to play because the play yards are for really little kids. My car is scratched and has little dents from the balls and baseballs.

They charge way over the average rent especially in the Everett area and after your lease is over. I have talked to other renters and this has happened to a lot of people. If you have government help they charge even more. It is a scheme and a class action law charge should be done by ALL of us. This is a shame and I would not let my friends live here either!!!!
