Review for Greens Of Merrill Creek Apartments

I have lived here at the greens for about a year and a half. I moved in because it was close to my employer, and looked good. When you look closer there is a build up of grime all over the building, it is in need of a power washing. Trash is everywhere. The tennants are all a bunch of wellfare slobs. They wont even open the trash compactor to throw away there garbage, they simpily set it on the ground near the machine, so when you go to throw yours in, you have to wade through a pile of filth. Noise is my bigist complaint, loud parites, hondas with loud exausts, lazy people who will pull up and honk to let there drug dealer friends know that they are ready to pick up there crack. This happens at all hours of the night. People will hang out in the parking lot and drink with there friends, use loud voices and carry on all night. This is a tax credit property wich means you have to be below a certain income to live here. I wasnt realy sure about this when I moved in and would urge someone who is considering moving here to think about this before making a decision to live here. You will be living with the lowest level of society, section 8 (wellfare), single mothers, drug addicts, and alchoholics. Domestic violence is common place and the police are called on a regular basis. I have had my storage unit broken into and items stolen. I have overherd police taking stolen vehicle reports. Parking is available for guests but the assigned space you will receive will be constantly violated by someone who could care less about you. Dog feces is everywhere, even the maintance person who owns two dogs will not even clean up after his own pet, let alone the outher residents. I hope you like Pit Bulls, and Rotwieliers, although they are not alowed to be on the property they are by far the most noumerous pet breed on the premisis. The children are always playing in the parking lot. I would sum up with this, YOU WILL BE UNHAPPY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE A WELLFARE SCUMM BAG, SINGLE MOTHER, DRUG ADICT, OR CRIMMINAL.
