Review for Greens Of Merrill Creek Apartments

I was in the apartments from the day they opened. The management at the time was great they were willing to work with you at every turn. In February the new management GUARDIAN came in and took out the dumpsters and put in a trash compactor. I like the idea but the compactor was 1/4 mile from my apartment. The management is rude and uncaring if they do not like what you as a resident has to say they will give you the hand and if you get mad because of that they will threaten to call the police along with walking away from you and not listening to your problem in the first place.
The pool was always dirty and the hot tub always broken. The manager has no idea what is going on around her and her employees never relate problems to her so she can at least try to fix them. They concider any resident with experience in apartment rentals a threat.
I have been renting apartments for seven years and I know I CAN sue. Making it hard on future residents is not my goal making it easier is DO NOT COME TO THESE APARTMENTS unless there is a different managemet company.
