Review for Hillcrest Estates Apartment Homes Apartments

I am sorry to say I lived here. Things are still broken that were broken before I moved in two years ago. Maintenance broke the outer panel of our sliding glass door. We called the office to report it before this summer and it's still broken - and nobody ever came to check it out. "I'll be there in 10 minutes"... several times and they never showed up. Our Honda was stolen 1 time, Bothell police found it abandoned and we picked it up. It was back about a week and someone broke the back window and tried to steal it again. the battery was dead so they gave up. BAD BAD place to live if you want things fixed. They just raise the rent and don't improve anything. They enter our apartment without notice with NO emergency and have left our apartment unlocked several times. Run while you still can!!!! If you know someone living here... warn them before they get robbed. Mgmt has our car license # on file, our car got hooked up to a tow truck and we payed $110 to get our car released from our parking lot!!!! Apartments are good sized but badly maintained.
