This place is not what it says it is. I don't think they even believe in "truth in advertising". Maintenance takes forever to respond plus night patrol responds (it seems) OCCASIONALLY. Management changes a lot (so whatever you were promised in the beginning, you won't get now). We've had problems with parking - night patrol was called only because they could only call the tow company. They found the guy that was parking there and gave some BS excuse for parking in my spouse's space... It took Management/Maintenance 9 DAYS to get a refridgerator to us and had to throw a lot of our food away 'cause of this. There's very few visitor parking spaces within the complex (I don't think they should call it visitor parking only because between 10 pm and 6 am you need a guest pass (OY!). There's a lot of problems with this place. Promises not kept, maintenance shawdy, management SUCKS. If you want to save your money, go with a reputable complex (competent management & maintenance staff). This place isn't worth even a penny!
