To bring all the apartments up to the so-called market rate, Coho Real Estate has decided that all rents must be raised to that monthly rate and if this means a 32% increase, who cares. Like living next to a garbage dump, this is the place to be as they decided to get ride of approx. half the dumpsters and this is a large complex.
