Review for Mallord Cove Apartments

The apartment is so poorly insulated I could here EVERY disagreement that my married neighbors were having, as well as each time they used the restroom. Rent increased dramatically after my first year but I had figured the low rent was likely to be a hook to get me in the door.

It had a high crime rate and the police were there more often than not. Car break-ins and theft of the vehicle are quite high as well.

The good thing is they have plenty of garbadge can's. Children take out the trash and leave it next to the dumpster and animals get into it, but maintnance usually cleans it up within 24 hours.
