That sucks that all you guys have had bad experiences at shadow creek. I havent had any problems aside of a little noise, but mostly on weekends which doesnt bother me. You have to expect certain flaws when living in an apartment complex. Obviously it is an APARTMENT COMPLEX. Staff is always nice to me. I was also under the old staff, and they didn't know anything, literally, but the new staff treats me great. They know me by name, and respond to any maintanence requests in a very timely fashion. I had my washer overflow and the maintenance crew was there in a matter of minutes and spent the entire day cleaning and replacing parts for my washer. I was very pleased. I'm not sure what units some of you lived in, but mine is very quite and low crime. The grounds are very appealing and are clean all of the time. I don't think I would recommend to anyone just because I would never recommend someone to an apartment complex, but I would give a good word for them. Sucks that you guys had those experiences.
