I've been stuck here for 2 years. They begged me to stay last year when my lease was up. The old management company was not too bad so I agreed to stay. Con Am employees made me regret my decision. Con Am notified us that our pool and weight room would be closed effective July, 2005 for TWO months and FINALLY re-opened it in DECEMBER-- That's a bit longer than the promised two month closure. Two days after the remodel was complete they closed it again because the roof caved in (some remodel job). They lied to me multiple times. My carpet was used and stained when I moved in and now they are not only keeping my deposit but threatening charge me for used carpet. The new managers are just as dishonest as the last group. I've been promised things that were not done and had one manager lie to my face. Parking is horrible. The only way you get a spot after about 9 PM is if you pay for a covered parking space. Noise levels are unbearable. Car stereos boom in the parking lot at all hours of the day and night. Some home theaters are just as inconsiderate. No one respects their neighbors even with paper thin walls. Most of the children run wild without parental supervision. I keep mine locked up because of the bad influence just outside my door. RUN AWAY --- RUN FAR AWAY!!!!!!
