It's no coincidence that people are being treated illegally and with eviction on there records that are not even legal since shadow creek does not go through the correct eviction process. In may I came home from school and went to my apartment to drop some books off came back outside and one of the maintanence workers who does even live there so he shouldn't be there threaten to rape me. So I ran to my car locked myself in and luckly I have my cell phone so I called police and the guy left when he saw the police. However I went to the management office in the morning to report the situation and they threatened to evict me for lying about there worker. Even thou me and the management already signed a mutual termination agreement and I was already moving. Plus i have a picture of the maintanence guys with the date and time so how could I be lying. This is the most unprofessional place you will ever live they house drug dealers, they steal your gas and key the side of your car and the security patrol does no good when the law breakers are working for the management company. I went to get a copy of my statement after i moved to see if I owed any money or was getting any back. When I moved my storage unit was infested with mold since the management refused to take care of a leak that was causing the moisture and mold to grow. I knew this company would not stand up and take responsibility for anything they cause so I figured I wouldn't get any money back but I just want to make sure this company didn't ruin my credit so i picked up my moving statement from the management and it states reason for moving: eviction. Now as I repeat I signed a mutual termination agreement allowing me to move and still even thou there wasn't any eviction or process of starting eviction it is on my moving statement. Don't move here you will be sorry.
