Review for Shadow Creek Apartments

I was here a year and liked it although the apartments are very small. I had intended to stay but when my lease was up they raised my rent $200. I had expected a raise but $200!? I called the office to make sure there wasn't a 'typo'. Couldn't believe it. Needless to say I'm looking elsewhere, but until I find another apartment I'm stuck into paying that awful rent! I can't afford it but I have no choice. Do not move here! They will raise the rent like that on you. Oh, by the way, all utilities are extra! Water, sewer, garbage. So the total here is dangerously close to $1000.00 per month and that's for a 900 sq. ft. apartment. Unbelievable!
