I lived there for almost 1 year we left due to military orders. 1 month after we left I got a phone call about outstanding money owed for clean up and a water bill. I asked doesn't security cover that, The girl on the phone said that her records show no security deposit was made. The manager likes to act all sweet in your face and once its time to go the evil witch from silver lake comes out. Dont rent here if you can avoid it. Use this as a last resort if you really need a place
