Wow, The day we moved in; the place was a mess. Slider wouldn't open because it was worn out. Fixtures were hanging from walls, guest bedroom had a fist mark all the way through, master bath faucett flew off when we tried to shower, kitchen cabinetts fell down when we put plates away, back deck was filthy with lint, dirt and construction screws, front door would not latch, moldings around master bath were missing, stains and paint on floors. This place is a real dump! They say newly remodeled. I say you can't make a silk purse from a sows' ear. While we fulfilled our end of the lease, they took forever to fix things. Some of the above items were promised to be repaired but NEVER WERE. (slider, GFI plug, hot tub) We lived there a misserable year and put up with lies, intimidation from so called Management and obnoxious neighbors who were allowed to break tenant laws ongoing. The police were called on countless instances of noise and wife beating which is a common occurance at this complex. The hot tub only worked for three months, then broke down, never to be repaired. The sauna is a nice thought but you cant use it after the office closes at 600 PM (this was changed after we signed the lease stating available until 10PM and weekends) It and the hot tub became off limits, after hours shortly after they installed them. Parking is crazy with the average walk of about two blocks if you can find a spot at all. The free custom colors offered are not free because when we moved out, we were billed $50 each, to paint them white again! The 'STATE OF THE ART" gym is a joke with only a few dumbells and three arobic machines. These are nice but, I would have enjoyed the sauna, as promised in my lease Who wants to go to workout and relax when the office staff and prospective renters are right there (within five feet) while you are in whatever it is you like to wear (me, swim trunks) trying to use the crappy facilities. I am outraged by how we were treated. If you like to live in a noisy environment with high crime and constant sirens, filthy walkways and the littered grounds AND overflowing dumpsters that scream "ghetto" this place is for you. If you care at all about your lifestyle, you would NEVER want to live within a mile of Latitude (formerly Park 128) ever.
