Review for Campus Grove Townhomes Apartments

Wouldn't live here again, ever. Don't feel safe outside, lock my doors at all times. I feel like a prisoner in my own apartment due to the dangerous environment outside. Upper management is terrible, those who care are lower management and seem to have their hands tied. Owner is too cheap to spend money to fix the place up, instead he lives in a big house far far away. Fences falling down, apartment falling apart. Maintenance crew is understaffed, meaning they never get around to doing the job and when they do the work is shoddy. Mostly government subsidized housing, so neighbors are people who don't care. A true ghetto, avoid at all costs.
