FPI management is run by bunch of scumbags. When they hire ppl to run the management office, they probably go to a strip club to find respective prospects. Seriously, this is the worst apt complex to live in. Not because of the living condition. Its because of the ppl who run this place.. Whats the point of having a management who doesn't listen to you? Forget maintenance issues, whatever apt related problems we had, they never answered it. Apart from the shady characters who work there, yes, the maintenance guys work over time after hrs in apt office especially when the office is closed. These women are dressed skankly and try to lure ppl into signing lease by using themselves.... Also, they will go out of their way to get your money, whether its deposit, rent or any other maintenance issues...
The apt complex has some neighborhood issues. Federal way as such is not a good neighborhood to live in because of schooling district and gang related issues. This apt promotes itself as a gated community but the rent a cops are jerks too and won't let regular tenants come in. To top that management doesn't respond to any complaints from tenants.
I would never refer anyone to this apt complex. After living here for 9 months I decided to move out primarily because of the management. I will make sure I never recommend or move in any of FPI management properties
