We were in the situation where we had to find a place quick so we looked at all the ones close to our current location and this was the only 1 that had a 2 bedroom in our price range at the time and it even seemed like a nice property when we visited but little did we know that the current management company was in te middle of selling to a new company! The new staff does not understand any of our complaints and we have to explain them a couple times or write them down ourselves and to top it off it currently takes them at LEAST 3 days to come to the apartment and just check it out! We currently have a mold problem that I requested over 3 weeks ago and i have checked on the request twice and still have not seen anybody!
Parking is horrible, the new company took all the visitor spots and turn them into regular spots where you have buy a 2nd one for $35/month and we have still had people take our spots or block you in and the lighting around the property is awful!
Durring the summer they only had the pool open for 2 months (August and September) and it was freezing and packed with unaccompanied kids, as is the entire property!
On the plus side, they just replaced the sliding doors and they now have screens, they have redone all the curbs around the property but they have also raised the rent!
