This place really has become the White Trash Haven Ghettoville of So. Federal Way, Do not waste your hard earned money here! It used to be prime, now it is nothing more than prime crap! The Staff is lazy and rude, the grounds have become trashy, the loud parties go un-stopped, there have been countless car prowls, and security is extremely poor, you are more likely to be on first name basis with the Federal Way police, we moved out just to save our own sanity and money. For the price of these apartments you don't get half of what other apt. communuities offer. We stayed there way to long!!! Save your money and don't move there, we do not miss it!!!! Oh and lets not forget the thugs, drug dealers and junkies!
