Apartment Reviews for Club Palisades - Federal Way

First off the supervisors/managers at club palisades have no customer skills what so ever! You try to ask them a question and they give you an attitude. They don't take accountability for any of their mistakes. You try calling to have maintenance fix the towel rack that keeps falling off or the doors for the laundry room and they never come. We have lived at club palisades for over 2 years and maintenance has not come to fix any of those issues. The gates a joke. Anyone can come thru the gate and half of the time it's not even working. The pools are basically open to anyone who lives on 272nd. They don't know how to filter the pools. They put tow signs on cars that are registered with the apartment and are paid for under the carport, but won't tow cars that are not to be parking under a paid carport spot. They are ridicioulous and don't know how to run an apartment place especially that big. they let anyone live in the apartment, because their a joke!
