In the last year, they had a couple of management change, and that goes with rent price. They remodeled the place, painted the exterior, replaced the windows, and power washed the exterior (after living there for two years prior, it needed it, there was and still is mold on my back balcony) the whole parking area and the roads were also painted. My rent went from $550 to $750. Also since I did not renew my lease, they added on a $50 fee. I tried to talk to Tara, the assistant manager and she told me that the rent is good for what the complex offers, a couple of blocks away, a place much nicer offers better ameneties and gated entrance and the rent is the same. She told me to talk with Evan and he didn't do much for me either.
