The townhomes were built in 2000 but you would think they were built in 1900, with the way the floors throughout creak like an old victorian house should. These townhomes look very nice but are the cheapest built places I've ever seen. My wife and I first saw the model before renting and the floors in the model never creaked but the day of move in found the floors in ours to be so loud which didn't make us too happy to have been baited and switched. The walls are pretty well insulated with the exception of living next to families with loud children you're in for a treat, you will hear every stomp, bump and bang they make. The staff at the office are very nice with the exception of a couple of snobs which you don't have to deal with if you don't want to. Lisa is usually very cheerful and makes you feel welcome. The maintenance staff is usually nice to deal with and are prompt to repair whatever is needed, usually. This place is definately not worth the rent they are asking. Look a little further in the area for a newer place that is worth the money.
