I've lived here for almost three years now and I have never been this happy in an apartment...ever! It is a really quiet place...maybe some people don't like it quiet...but I love it! I never hear my neighbors...which is nice because I have to go to bed early because I work early in the morning. Before I moved here, I went and looked at the other apartments in this area, and none of them were as clean and friendly as this place. One of the reviews mentioned something about garbage on the property...that is bullshit because I see the groundskeeper cleaning up every morning when I go to work....nice guy always says 'good mornin to me'! Ohh..my dishwasher did leak once...but maintenance fixed it the next day. I pay around $850 for a two bedroomm apartment and it is HUGE!! I love it and I'm not moving until I can afford house!
