It was the $140 rent increase after my 9-mn lease was up. My current rent is $860 and an additional $45 for water, sewer, garbage. It's only a 700 sq. ft. apt with a non-usable deck. Othewise, livable but noisy at times. They also rent to dog owners now and there are renters with large dogs that are resistant to cleaning after their many big dogs. If you can afford it, it's an option but I think you can do better for $1000 for a 700 ft. 1-bedroom apartment and then a very possible large rent increase when the lease is up.
