Review for Lakemont Orchards Apartments

I have been here for about a year. The walls are very thin and the neighbors are very inconsiderate. Managment has turned over 4 times within the year. Amazingly, each management turnover has lost the previous managment's documentation of complaints. So all of the noise complaints must start over with the new management. Therefore I can easily state that managment does little to nothing to keep the regulated quiet hours in check. The Health Department has been here for the garage and rat issues. Looks good on the outside, but buyer beware. I would not recommend this to anyone and I can not wait until my lease is up.
