Bekeley Heights was a great place to live with the heated indoor pool and full basket ball court. It has a limited weight facility,recommend health club membership if weights are required. Only saw two car break-ins in the year I lived there. Neighbors were generally friendly. Lots of children and apartments were huge! It has lots of windows for lighting, (which means higher heating costs). Recommend DSL with land line phone or the utilities will kill you. Count on about $150 extra more than you expect for moving into Kent. They charge for water & Solid Wastes ($35) and Power will Run $90 in the winter time. Internet and Cable was about average price. IF I could have afforded it, I would still be there. It is a great place. The apartment management team changed ownership, so I am not sure how good they are. The rent did lower a little.
