I lived in these townhomes for 5 months. During this period of time, my car was stolen from right outside my front door. When management (Linda Friendly) was notified, she did not seem to care, and scolded me for not locking my doors. A few months later, my mail was stolen and I became a victim of identity theft. (The landlord refuses to pay for locking mailboxes). My children were constantly harassed by the hoodlum kids that live there. Everything in this apartment fell apart within weeks of living there. (The management is too cheap to pay for quality items.) I put in several work orders that were ignored. After my roomate left me without notice with 7 months left on a lease, I promptly paid the management for my share of the expenses, and they promptly sent ME to collections for my roomate's half of the debt. Don't be fooled by the manager's last name! She is not friendly in the least bit. These ghetto townhomes are way overpriced for the hell you have to pay to live there!
