It looks really nice at first, but I've never had this many problems renting before. Management doesn't care about you after you sign a lease. Every other week or month another apartment gets robbed, a car gets vandalized, or there's domestic violence at your neighbor's or the parking lot. They thiefs are so low budget they won't even put the car up on blocks when they steal the tires. There's abandoned cars with notices on them for months. Parking is horrible, and when it rains it floods the parking lot and they block it off. There's so much water damage to all apartments because it's so old and painted over that they have to rip out all the exterior and refinish. Every other building has flooded at one time or another and the whole place is molded.
