Review for Royal Skies Apartments

I came in in March 2005 to rent a 2 bedroom apartment,signed a contract, paid my deposits, move in expenses and was handed the keys to me. The following day, I decided not to move in and I have not even moved any stuff in the apartment yet.For having the keys less than a day they are charging me a penalty for $921.They did not return my deposit for $400 and on top of that they are charging me for another $521. All of that for "less than a day", what a total rip off. Also, they rented the apartment 2 days after I decided not to move in. They told me initially when I handed back the keys that they will credit me back the remaining days in March as soon as they rented the apartment. They never did, instead they are changing their stories and ignoring my concerns and basically denying me all my rights for a fair refund. This apartment and people working for this property are just purely blood sucking lying maggots who will drain you financially once you signed with them. I swear I should have made a research first about this company and should have read the reviews here before I went to them. I will never ever recommend this apartment to anyone at all.
