I have never been treated so disrespectfully or unreasonably in a rental. These are NOT worth the rent. The move in was sketchy, I should have known when they made me sign the move-in checklist "because it was new, what would be wrong?" before I moved in. I ended up moving out early and definitely had to fight totally unreasonable charges. I paid for stains in the carpet that were there when I moved in! Before I argued my case they had me buying out the entire lease AND paying back all concessions. They treated me totally disrespectfully and were very unprofessional. I couldn't get any of the management to call me back if I wanted to talk to them again. It was also definitely not a "luxury" apartment - pool hardly open, horrible parking, shoddy worksmanship on the place. The only nice people there were the office assistant and the maintenance staff. When the maintenance staff got messages (which I think was only after I called three or more times) they fixed things right away. This is a horribly run place with extremely unprofessional management.
