I am suprised to see that people are actually renting from here. The aoartments are in bad shape. Black mold grows all over the doors and windows and you constantly have to clean it with bleach every other day. Dishwasher, refrigerators, and other appliances are old and in bad shape. When asked to fix it they use duck tape. parking is very hard to come by unless you pay an extra 75 a month for one covered parking space. They do not work with Military families at all. The front office does not take care of issues as fast as they should. I give this place the worse rating possible. I prefer the Drake over this place. LOL!
