When I first moved here I had a good feeling about this place. I still feel pretty good with the management. They are pretty timely with repairs etc, however the rent receipts are not always very precise or timely. At least we get them though.
The rent was recently raised to accomodate updates to other apartments, chairs on the patios (so they are all uniform) and roof updates and remodeling the cabana. I would prefer to have some details updated in my unit. The paint job is sloppy, when you get in the right lighting you can see all the imperfections. I actually am considering doing my own touch up on the white corners because they are so bad.
What I have now learned is the some apartments have better upgrades then others, which makes raising the rent unfair in my opinion. People are allow to grow whatever they want in the little yard area in front of their apartments. It really brings the look of the property down when its not managed and the look is not uniform.
Parking lot has large pot holes, the lighting is sometimes on, sometimes off.
Something really weird, I witnessed someone dispose of deer legs in our dumpster... Im sure the it was after a hunting trip but talk about a health code violation!
The water is always being turned off for "maintenance". Then when it comes back on its brown. I never drink the water, I don't have much choice for showering but its not fit for drinking.
