Dryers not working for 2 months, The washer water does not extract well. the old boiler system goes out. Waiting weeks for them to fix it(note the temps were in the 20's and we had very cold temps. I had one space heater!). Had same problem last year. Apt is heated by hot water thru pipes. Works well WHEN it works. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for them to fix clog in my apt. The repairman came out, and "fixed" problem. But it clogged up again! within 12 hrs! Ironically, I got a notice rent is going up too! If you are going to live here, better buy some portable heaters! I have lived in more than 1 apt here since 2001
