When you look at the brochure it looks like a warm place to live until you actually get there. I've been living here for almost a year now and it's been horrible ever since. We had to wait to move in because they said the place wasn't ready. When we finally moved in we inspected to place to find that they didn't replace the carpet because it had cigarette burns. Also the upstairs closet was dirty with pictures left from the previous tenants. And there were dust webs EVERYWHERE. They painted over the smoke detectors so it was a pain to change the battery in one that kept beeping when we first moved. We told them that we were quiet people and didn't like alot of noise. Obviously they didn't care because gave us the townhouse facing 84Th St S. If you been in this area before you know that this street if far from quiet. My wife sleeps with earplugs to get good sleep. I've complained to the rental office about hour neighbor who blast her music everyday. I've also sent numerous complaints about the family that lives on the end. They are constantly fighting and wrestling and it shakes the whole townhouse. We used to have security but they just stopped coming around. Their are stray cats all over this complex. If you have a dog please walk him during the day where you can see where your going. They have a policy about picking up after your dog but it's not enforced what so ever. The rental office doesn't really do anything about it but say they are just don't. I'd stay away. Thank god I signed a military clause so I can leave as soon as I get my ship date.
