This place was remodeled, but if you look close, wall was missing, paint was missing, and it was built crooked. Our neighbors said that because of the 2nd story leak from the shower to the downstairs kitchen, black mold was growing behind the cupboards, so they fell out before we moved in. New cupboards, same black mold. Another leak required them to take out half our kitchen ceiling. Soon after that a drunk man tried to kick in our front door but could only knock down the neighbor's. Days following, a rock came flying through my sliding glass door while I was sleeping, shattering it to pieces. Strange, since we don't know anyone in that area and are friendly people. That was the last night I slept there. Upon moving, we were charged 1000 for new carpet but it's not even stapled in [in the downstairs closet, you can lift the carpet, then a board that's just set there, and see 4 feet under the place] and it's cheap, gets worn down within a month no matter how well you care for it so know you will be charged for that when you move. Also, despite the obvious threat to my safety, I still had to pay a termination fee for the lease [$1200] or for the last month of rent when I wouldn't live there, so we paid the $800.00 since it was cheaper. The management is okay but this is not somewhere either safe or healthy to live.
