You get 1 free carport spot. If you have another car, parking is slightly limited. For primo "anyone" spots... you have to be very competitive to get. For "any" spot... you are usually good unless you come home around midnight or so.. then you might have to park further away that you'd perfer. <P>
There is cardboard recycling, and all other recycling by the compacter. Compacter is *usually* good. Staff does press the button to start it during buisness hours. If you throw away your trash at odd hours, it may be full. Nothing too serious though. Especially if you're willing to press the compact button yourself a few times (which I seem to be the only one to do), then it's perfect every time; spare "trash hollidays" like Christmas and New Years. But this is to be expected at any apartment complex. <P>
Very little vandalism/theft in parkinglot. Even the management will tell you, leave something tempting like a purse in your car, expect for your car to be broken into. I have lived here 4 years and never once had mine broken into. Every time I seen a car broken into, the owner had something tempting in it. <P>
However, they are installing gates... we'll see if this curbs that minor happening. <P>
Enough with the bad. It's VERY quiet here. People respect each other around here, and any repairs you might have get attended to fast. <P>
While I don't have any children, this is a great place for children. <P>
There is a Wall-Mart right across the street, as well as a vetrinarian across the street. (They do allow most pets) Lakewood Towncenter as well as Safeway is nearby to fulfill all your shopping needs. Tacoma Mall is a very short drive as well. <P>
Perfectly located, great staff, peaceful, wood burning fireplaces, this is a great place to live. HIGHLY recomend. <P>

This has to be the greatest choice my husband and I have made for our children. This place is the greatest. <P>
Upon signing our 1st lease here we did so during the blackout. Our manager was very accomadating and was willing to waive a few things for us when signing our lease. <P>
While moving in our neighbor upstairs toilet broke flooding our bathroom, sons room, hallway and doorway, not to mention leaking through our ceiling. I immedately went down to the office and spoke with Ria the assistant manager who got in touch right away with our maintaince guys Daniel and Leroy. They both came very quickly to both apartments. Stop the leak upstair and immedately down to mine. <P>
After drying out the upstairs apartment, they immedately came down stairs sopped up the water in the carpet, allowing it to dry overnight and then returning the next day to clean the bedroom and hallway. <P>
I love that we have a parking space close to our apartment that is FREE. Thats right I said FREE. <P>
If you have children this is also a great place for kids. My son absouluty loves the playground and being on the bottom floor I even feel safe. <P>
Although there are a few noisy people who can't see to walk down the stairs without sounding like a pack of elephants overall this is truely a great place, not to mention the new wal-mart across the street. <P>
They are also making this into a gated community. For the price I pay in rent a month, IT IS ALL WORTH IT. <P>

We loved our stay here. The staff is very friendly and very helpfull. The grounds are the best maintained in the area. Except for construction across the street, the community and surrounding area are very quiet and peaceful to include fellow apartment residents. Nice fixtures, carpet, appliances and tile in most units even though the buildings are older. My pregnant wife feels safe enough to walk around the neighborhood by herself. In the short time we've been here, this place feels like home. <P>
