This place is conveniently located near the mall and along a major bus-line. When we signed-on, the rent was very competitive. That's where the positives ran-out. Once the lease was over, the rent was immediately raised and again every few months or so. During the winter, the walls are cold and the windows are aluminum frame instead of updated vinyl. Be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing. We asked that they leave the old carpet in the place so we wouldn't have to worry about cleaning or replacing the carpet after we left, and they didn't, but did the manager remember that when we moved? NO! The repair people aren't all that bright, either - one guy caulked the upper drain in the tub closed!
