Review for Alderwood Heights Apartments

1. The neighbors from hell-night and day. Kids throwing toys at the ceiling, kicking the walls or just screaming at the tops of their lungs just because. The parents letting them do it or joining in.
2. Calling management because we had a leak coming from the ceiling and the window. 4 days later some maintnenance man comes walking in the apt-no knock on the door-no notice. Please come on in. 5 minute looking at both he walks out. Neither problem fixed. Calling management when a neighbor child was throwing rocks at the window, "Oh well." followed by heavy sigh came the response from other end of the phone. Calling management again for the noise and screaming coming from neighbors. the told us to call the cops if we could not resolve it on our own, the neighbor screamed profanity at me, i ended up calling the cops.
3. The 2 broken down cars in the parking lot for over a year. They never moved, no notices placed on the cars and no tow trucks where ever dispatched to remove vehicles.
4. Every other complex I have ever lived in when it has snowed salted or shoveled the walkways. With as many older renters that they have - I thought this was a shame...
This whole complex is a lot of talk and no action.
Don't waste your money. Crappy place.
