I lived in this complex for three and a half years. When I moved in it was relatively quiet and safe. When I moved away in June of 2002, it was often loud and the police were called into the complex at least once a week. I would not recommend this complex if you are looking for rest at night. There was also a group of kids who ran around the parking lot at night setting off car alarms. I complained to the office manager, Linda, about my neighbor who constantly slammed his door (even after I asked him not to). The third time I went in to request her help, she rolled her eyes and asked, "What is it now?" Very rude and unprofessional, but that seems to be the norm at Fountain Court Apartments. Also, people work on their cars in the parking lot and install booming stereos (and test their limits!)---all apartment complex no-no's, which are always overlooked by office staff. All-in-all, there are nicer and quieter places to live in Lynnwood, I'm sure. I would have loved to have moved, but I am in the military and it would have been out of my financial ability to pack-up and move down the street, but don't think I didn't dream about leaving!
