Large apartments with w/d hook up and fireplace Dirty, falling apart--lots of dry rot. Chimneys NEVER cleaned-fire hazard. Drug dealing rampant. Young children (even in diapers) running around unsupervised. Police activity regulalry--but does not stop the crime. Cars regularly vandalized and stolen. Noisy. VERY BAD maintenance and management. Nothing doen in timely manner---if you want to allow them in when you are not there.
