I lived there for three months with a friend. Noise level was not a problem, nice and quiet, especially for a ground-floor unit.
The manager manages two other apartment complexes, so she's not always around, but that wasn't a problem for us, since everything worked fine.
Huuge 1-bedroom apt. Somewhere around 850 sq. feet. Spacious kitchen, double-pane windows, you get two assigned parking spaces per apartment, plus there's visitor's parking, so parking isn't too bad.
I've heard a lot of complaints about crime in the area/complex, but never had a problem with it, even having one of the nicer cars that parks there. *knocks on wood*
The only down-side I really noticed is the exterior upkeep. It doesn't look like the friendliest or best kept complex, but once you step inside the units, it's totally worth it.
I liked the place so much, I've applied to get another apartment there. The 2-bedroom unit I'm looking at is even nicer than the one I stayed in! Newer appliances, fancier cabinets, and even more spacious than the 1-bedroom floorplan.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.
