This place just sold and from all indication they are out to get paid! They will blindside you, experiement on what might work for them, ALL for their benefit of making more money. Their rent is already too high, but then if you intend to do a month to month after your lease, expect at LEAST a 200 dollar per month fee to do that. Ridiculous! These people want money, simply put. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They are EXTREMELY unstable and offer average units. Walk way railings are poorly made, doors in units don't close right, parking is a NIGHTMARE! This place offers no ammenities worth a crap! No views, extremely limited extras, GO somewhere else and spend your money wisely. These people SUCK!
