Review for Keeler's Corner Apartments

After reading some of the posts, i wish i had found this site BEFORE I MOVED HERE. THE MANGER HERE IS A RUDE ASS BITCHE.Within my first month of living here my husband got his rims and tires stolen. I called the police and alerted the office. how did they respond???? they told me his car had to be towed because it was inoperable. HELLO it was operable before he got his tires stolen. After putting 4 workorders, it took about 10 months for us to get screens on our windows. So during the summer months our windows could not be opened. I have a little boy and he would try to climb out of them. OH AND YOU HAVE TO KEEP KEEP KEEP KEEP A PAPERTRAIL. They have lost our rent at least 6 times and our utility payments 4 times. We were charged everytime for late fees when THEY LOST OUR PAYMENT! ALSO AS OF JULY 1,2009 THEY PAY THE WATER, SEWER, AND GARBAGE BILL. When they switched we were charged over $300. They pay all the utilities and then we have to pay them. I called NWP and asked did we owe them any money before the switch and they said we were in the positive at that time. Also the NWP rep says that they were not allowed to talk to us about our bill because the apartment asked for all residents to be referred to them with our question. Needless to say i called them and cursed at them until out balance was changed to zero.I also found out that if you dont pay both rent and utilities at the same, you get charged a late fee, regardless of the 3 days grace period. They WILL NOT EXCEPT ONE WITHOUT THE OTHER. Also this past winter the water pipe busted through the drywall in my shed, and was spraying water for about an hour before maintenance showed up. They then tore extra holes into my dry wall and then tied a shirt arond the hole in my pipe. They did not show up until april of 09 to fix the hole or the dry wall. they "felt so bad" they gave us a bag with a coffee mug one .99 bag of peanuts, and some dollar store candy....These people are ridiculous, but honestly if you do like i did and cause a scene by cursing and yelling and threatening to withhold rent, you MAY get them to act right lol......SO FIND A HOUSE TO MOVE INTO....ITS THE SAME DAMN PRICE.
