Apartment Review for Millwood Estates

As you could expect from the title my wife and I were not impressed with much at this complex. Within months of living at Millwood estates I noticed a leak coming from the wall in our dining room, we informed the office and it took a week for them to just look at it, when maintanance called they said "oh is that P106, yeah the previous lady comlained about that." after all of this it then took me finding a mushroom growing out of the carpet below and threatening to turn them into County health. Then they fought me asking for one free month rent and have the carpet replaced, even though I was within my right to skip out of my remaining six month lease. <P>
My car was stolen while living here (recovered w/ $4000 in damages), if you walk through the apartment and down the street you will notice AT VERY LEAST 8 cars with removed stereos and broken glass. <P>
Don't expect any help from management when maintnance is doing a bad job, especially since one of the maintnance guys is married to the property manager. <P>
