I moved in the last week of April 2005. They prorated the rent so I could move early. The apartment was freshly painted, there were some moderate stains on the carpet and some scratches on the kitchen counters but otherwise it was in good condition. It has a very nice private balcony with a storage unit. I put down outdoor carpeting on the balcony which does not usually get rained on. There is an extended roof over it. I'm on the 3rd floor with valted ceilings which is very nice. The two bedrooms are both the same roomy size. It has a corner fireplace with a real brick mantle. The living-dining room is a little small but the kitchen is actually big enough for a small table or a freestanding cupboard. Lots of storage.

The management was very nice to me and the amenities are great: indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, and a fitness room. There is a sauna too but I think it's still broken.

My PUD bill was very low compared to the other place I lived. The only real drawback is very limited guest parking but guests can easily park on the street at the entrance. My assigned parking spot was as close to my entrance as possible.

So I have signed a lease and am preparing to move in next month and I am very pleased a lot of children but it seems like it will be ok. the management was nice and I even had a couple neighbors ask me when I was moving in and if I needed help?! The grounds could be kept up better but at my last apartment they mowed the grass and blew the leaves off the street every morning and so if they don't do that it will be nice to sleep in!!!!!!!!
