Apartment Review for Orchard Ridge Apartment Homes

The staff at Orchard Ridge are so nice, friendly and helpful. This is one of the better apartments I have lived and only moved because of my husbands job. If there is ever an issue with an apartment and you need to call maintenance they will fix any problem right away if not the same day. The grounds are always clean and beautiful and for the most part the tenants are quiet. Rarely did we ever hear noise and we lived right next to the pool. If your moving to Lynnwood this is a great apartment complex to live at.
